Selecting the correct Windows audio source

Open the station configuration and select the Windows audio device that carries the intended programme audio.

Confirm that the device is active in Windows and that SW Encoder's input meter responds to real audio. If several devices have similar names, test them individually rather than assuming the default Windows device is correct.

If a device is disconnected or replaced, the capture path may need to recover or be reselected depending on the change.
