Start with the output diagnostics rather than restarting the entire station. Confirm the hostname resolves, the port is correct, and the remote server is reachable.
Check the last connection or server response for authentication, TLS, timeout, or remote rejection information. Confirm the mount/path and output type.
When opening a Support ticket, include station name, output type, server hostname, port, mount, codec, approximate failure time, and the latest Output Diagnostics. Remove all passwords and secrets.
Troubleshooting an output that will not connect
Use connection diagnostics to isolate DNS, TCP, authentication, TLS, or server problems.
