Troubleshooting stale or missing metadata

Confirm whether audio is still playing. If audio is healthy but metadata is not changing, inspect the metadata source or automation system first.

Check whether the encoder is receiving current title information and whether the streaming server exposes the expected metadata to listeners.

Provide Support with the station name, stream URL, expected title, title currently displayed, when the problem began, and whether the metadata is missing completely or simply not changing.
