Metadata Availability is evaluated separately from Stream Availability.
A stream may remain UP and playable while its title or artist information is missing, stale, malformed, or no longer updating. In that case, the correct interpretation is not necessarily a stream outage; it may be a metadata-specific problem.
Investigate the automation/playout metadata source, encoder metadata delivery, and streaming server metadata path before treating the condition as an audio outage.
