Understanding queue and scheduler timing

Why monitoring checks may run according to the server scheduler interval.

SW Monitor background work is executed by the server scheduler. The exact frequency depends on the hosting or server configuration.

A monitor's configured readiness does not force the hosting platform to execute jobs more frequently than the scheduler allows. On environments with a five-minute scheduler interval, background cycles naturally occur on that cadence.

If you need a different monitoring frequency, discuss the server and deployment requirements with your administrator or Support.
