Stream Availability describes whether the monitored audio endpoint can be reached and validated by the monitoring checks.
A healthy availability result means the monitoring system was able to reach the stream according to its configured checks. A failure indicates that one or more checks could not confirm normal availability.
Availability is not the same as metadata health, audio quality, or listener latency. A stream can be reachable while another part of the service is degraded.
